Privacy & Publication

  • If you do not wish for the commission process or final artwork to be made public, you must inform me in advance. Otherwise, it will be considered as your consent for me to use the work for public display purposes. 

 


About Non-Buyout Commissions

  • For commissions that are not buyouts, you must credit the creator (e.g. by name or portfolio link) when publishing the work. Thank you! QwQ
     

  • For non-buyouts commissions, you may only make adjustments that do not alter the original artwork's content. Any modification of the original artwork is not permitted! >A<
     

  • General Use: For all commissioned works, as long as the use is no fee charged, no prior permission or notification is required.
     

  • Limited Print Runs (Non-commercial): Small print runs of 15 units or fewer require prior notification but incur no additional fee.
     

  • Commercial Use: Any commercial use (e.g. merchandising, resale) requires an additional license fee of 2x the total commission amount. OwO

About Cancellation 

  • If the client cancels or terminates the commission due to personal reasons, I will retain all copyrights to any work produced up to that point, along with any prior grants of usage rights. No refunds will be issued for any payments made.​​
     

  • During the progress review stages, if the client does not respond within 3 days, a first reminder will be sent. If there is no reply after 7 days, the commission will be considered cancelled. Any deposits or payments made will not be refunded. If you wish to resume the commission after cancellation, you will need to go back to the end of the queue. O.o
     

  • Overdue final payment constitutes cancellation of the commission.

  • Please include your 【Name + Commission Project】 in the payment notes. Thank you!!
     

  • All transaction fees are to be borne by the client. A surcharge of HKD 40 will be added to the total commission amount for overseas payments.

 

  • Refunds will be calculated based on the actual HKD amount received. Any transaction fees incurred from international refunds will be absorbed by me.(Refunds only applicable in cases where project termination is due to my responsibility)
